Refund Policy

14-day guarantee on first purchase

If Sentrasec isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of your first paid subscription purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questionnaire, no hoops.

Cancelling

You can cancel any subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Outside the 14-day window we don't refund partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Annual plans

The 14-day guarantee applies to annual plans too. After it, an annual plan runs to the end of its term and simply doesn't renew if cancelled.

Billing mistakes

Charged in error — a duplicate charge, a renewal after cancellation, a wrong plan? Contact us and we'll correct it with a full refund of the erroneous amount, whatever the date.

Enterprise agreements

Contracts negotiated with our team may have their own refund and termination terms; where they differ, the contract governs.

How to request

Email billing@sentrasec.ai from your account email with the workspace name. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; allow 5–10 business days for your provider to post it.
